OMIKRON Informatika Kft.'s Distribution Center, as the only System Master Distributor of NETCONNECT, SYSTIMAX and CommScope products in Hungary, assists its partners and customers in the planning process, in selecting the right products and equipment, conducting a professional installation as well as checking the quality of the installation.
Installation equipment manufactured by CommScope and testers made by FLUKE Networks can both be rented and training on their use can be requested from the Distribution Center.

This tool is used to terminate CommScope's popular SLX jacks. Due to its complexity, it halves the time necessary for terminating jacks and the installer can be sure of the high quality of installation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FLUKE SIMPLIFIBER® PRO OPTICAL POWER METER
The attenuation test report prepared by Fluke's SimpliFiber® Pro fiber-loss tester is a generally accepted tool to test the fiber optic cabling installed, thus certifying the quality of the installation. It is essential for verifying (the installation works but it is also indispensable for the so-called as-built documentation, a technical document required for handing over any network. This fiber-loss tester can certify OS2, SM, and OM2, OM3 and OM4 MM fiber optic cabling.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FLUKE'S CERTIFIBER® PRO
FLUKE Networks' CertiFiber® Pro is an optical loss test set that can make the testing and certification of fiber optic cabling connections extremely fast. It can test two fibers at two wavelengths in under three seconds. The TaptiveTM user interface simplifies configuration, helps eliminate mistakes and offers animated guidance to correct reference setup. The test set supports both singlemode and multimode testing as well as four wavelengths. Its multimode interface is, of course, Encircled Flux compliant.
As part of the VersivTM family, it can be paired with an OTDR, allowing both Tier 1 (Basic) and Tier 2 (Extended) fiber optic testing to be performed on one single platfom. It is also suitable for copper network certification with DSX-8000 modules.

OMIKRON's Distribution Center regularly ensures that its equipment is always ready to use and provides valid test results. Certificates of calibration confirming the equipment checks for each tool are available for download. In addition, the Distribution Center will provide its partners the appropriate training on the use of its test equipment and the testing procedure.
